The installation was seamless and efficient, taking just a day. Using an innovative ballast mounting system, the solar panels found their new home atop a shipping container roof.
Powering His Oasis:
Dave’s off grid retreat is powered by a compact Victron EasySolar-II GX and a dependable Pylontech US5000 LFP battery. Together, they provide all the power he needs for a comfortable retreat. Interior and exterior lighting brighten his space, while his power tools are always ready for action. A small fridge keeps his drinks cold, and a kettle brews his favourite beverages with ease.
Dave’s solar setup is a breeze! He’s got six fantastic JA Solar modules, giving him a total array size of 2.5 kW. We made it even easier with our user-friendly K2 ballast mounting system, perfect for his container’s flat roof. We used trusty concrete slabs to secure it in place, and provide full ballast calculations for all our flat roof systems. So, come rain, shine, or even snow, your array is built to handle whatever the weather throws its way!
